We understand that sometimes things happen and the product you bought is not exactly what you needed.  We always want you to have exactly what you need, so whenever possible, we will refund you.  Here is the refund list for our most popular offerings:

  • Domain Names: 3 days
    • Note: Renewals and registrations are only refundable if we remove the domain from your possession and return it to the registry.
  • Hosting: 30 days. If you received a free domain with the hosting, you will be refunded the cost of the hosting minus the cost of the domain.
  • Cloud Servers: Renewals and Registrations are only refundable if we remove the server from your possession to process refund pro-rata case to case basis.
  • Dedicated Servers: Renewals only refundable if we remove the server from your possession to process refund if paid advance term on pro-rata basis on case to case basis.
  • Stand Alone Email: 30 days
  • Backorders: They are always refundable, except within 24 hours of the domain name drop
  • Whois Privacy: We are not able to cancel or refund.
  • Pre-Registrations: We are not able to cancel or refund pre-registrations
  • Google Apps / Google for Work: If 30 Days Trial, Otherwise we are not able to refund Google for Work
  • SSL Certificates: 15 days for 1st time only per domain name.
  • Redemption: This fee goes to the registry and so is non-refundable
  • Transfers: They are refundable anytime, as long as the transfer has not completed. They are non-refundable if the transfer has completed.
  • Premium Domain Names: Because we facilitate the sales, but are not the owners, we cannot refund these orders
  • Expiring Domain Names: We are not able to refund expiring domain names
  • Website Control Panels (Plesk/cPanel): We are not able to cancel or refund.
  • SEO: We are not able to cancel or refund.
  • GoMobi: 30 days
For security, we cannot issue refunds over the phone or chat. If you would like a product canceled and refunded, please send an email to [email protected].
